ApexResell is an online digital products store specializing in video libraries with Master Resell Rights (MRR). We provide high-quality reels and short-form video content that you can use for your own purposes and resell under the terms of the included license. Our products are delivered digitally via PDF containing access links to cloud storage and editing platforms.
All products sold through ApexResell are digital files delivered electronically. Each product includes specific licensing terms, primarily Master Resell Rights (MRR), which grants you permission to resell the content while keeping 100% of the profits. The exact scope of your rights is detailed in Section 8 (License Summary) of these Terms. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a license to use and resell the digital content, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from ApexResell. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

While account creation may be optional for some purchases, if you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases at any time.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are final upon successful payment processing. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased products via email containing a PDF with Google Drive and Canva access links. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of purchase. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. We recommend backing up your content immediately upon receipt. Access links remain active, but we recommend downloading content promptly to ensure you have copies.

9. Refund Policy
Due to the instant-delivery digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a refund. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or technical failures on our end.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on ApexResell remain the property of their respective owners. The MRR license grants you usage and resale rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You may not claim ownership, register trademarks, or assert copyright claims over the original content. ApexResell retains all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
