When We Offer Refunds

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for consideration, regardless of the reason.
We do not offer refunds for: change of mind after accessing downloads, inability to use files due to personal software/skill limitations, purchases made in error if downloads were accessed, or dissatisfaction with content that matches the product description.
Email us at support@apexresell.com with your order number, the email used for purchase, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We respond within 24-48 business hours.
Please include: 1) Your order confirmation number, 2) The email address used for the purchase, 3) A detailed explanation of the problem, and 4) Screenshots showing the issue if applicable (e.g., error messages, corrupted files).
We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in permanent account suspension. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly when you reach out directly.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
